About Me
I have worked as an Addiction Counselor since 1991 and grew up in a family of addictions. My path in life has guided me to work in the field of additions to guide others in healing and wellness. I believe everyone is unique with their counseling for their journey in life. I say "one shoe size, color, style will not fit everyone." This is the same for individual counseling. There are many different counseling methods and techniques to use that help with a person for wellness, I work with you for the best practice. I use traditional counseling and healing methods.
I specialize in addictions: recovery, sobriety, loss, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, wellness in mind, body and spirit.
